I started Ari's Menu after many of my friends and family had asked for the recipes I used to complete my 75 lb weight loss. I love taking traditional comfort foods, and recreating them to make them a part of my healthy life style. My goal is to create an accessible and enjoyable approach to healthy living, and help others make that wish to make the switch into a healthier life style. I also love creating foods for all dietary types--vegan, gluten-free, etc. Many people with dietary restrictions think they will never be able to eat certain foods again, and I love getting creative, and finding a way to prove them wrong!
