This recipe takes a classic pie crust and gives it a delicious twist. Paleo Pie Crust can be used when serving any type of pie, so you'll definitely want to hang onto this recipe. The pie crust comes out light and flaky and tastes just like a traditional pie crust. It doesn't fall apart like most gluten free pie crusts - instead it holds together beautifully without cracking. Make sure when baking your crust that you pay close attention to the temperature of your oven. Don't let the temperature rise above 350 degrees F, or you'll risk burning the pie crust. Your family is sure to love this delicious gluten free treat!
