This is one of those dinner recipes for the lazy chef. Sweet and Spicy Lentils with Harissa takes a handful of ingredients and throws them together for lots of flavor in no time at all. The Harissa is a chili sauce native to North Africa. It will give the kick this gluten free vegan dish needs to spice up dinner time. Throw in anything else you need to use up from the fridge and watch your food and your taste buds come to life.

Chicken and rice is one of my favorite go-to easy meals. I'm super excited to add a little twist with the garlic and lemon! Has anyone tried it with chicken thighs instead of breasts? I like thighs better because of the juiciness - are the breasts nice and juicy since it's being slow cooked?
