I love the look of this turkey burger. I think it is a great idea to use quinoa to bulk up the burger instead of bread crumbs. I also love Kale but you have to get to grips with how to cook it and sauting it with garlic should surely taste good!

These are not just turkey burgers. They are quinoa turkey burgers. Not a lot of quinoa. Just enough to bulk it up a bit. I have always thought what made a turkey burger was the spices. This burger uses cilantro to help it shine. If you don't like cilantro, you won't like this. I love cilantro. I like adding the guacamole on top. I seldom use buns anymore. I mostly use lettuce wraps for sandwiches.
