One of the best herbs is rosemary, I think. I also think that lemon and chicken go very well together. This is such a simple recipe and so easy to make. Also you have these ingredients at home in the pantry most of the time and does not need a special trip to the store. I would love to eat this with some rice. I think it looks fantastic.
