I am also not good at coming up with names for dishes I just make up. Wait til I see if I want to make it again and than I decide what to call it. I like dredging the chicken in almond flour. It works really well and is great if you are low starch. The sauce is amazing and simple to put together. Great as is, but if you really love pasta, the sauce would be good over it.
