Paleo Chicken Tenders


"Who didn't love chicken tenders as a kid? They were the only thing I ever ordered at restaurants! I'll be honest, I still love them. But, my diet is much cleaner now than when I was a kid. I wanted to incorporate a healthier version of chicken tenders that I could make and have for lunch a couple times a week and even grab in the fridge for a snack! These are free of grains, gluten, dairy, corn, soy, sugar, and nuts."
