I love making breakfast for everyone on the weekend, but I don't always like getting up extra early to make it and bake it before everyone gets up. Making it the night before is always a life saver. I always have eggs and always need ways to use them up. This is a tasty way to do it. The ricotta and cream cheese give it the right amount of creaminess. Fills you up too.
