My favorite casserole is chicken. Green bean or broccoli casseroles are a very close second.

Gluten free beef, chicken, ham or turkey casseroles that are also diabetic friendly ) sour cream base rather than soup base because many soups aren't gluten free.

I make these recipes with gluten free Macaroni or shells or Elbows, what ever I can find, And some are better than others as we all know. Try your favorite. Double free the Gluten Free in your ingredients. We are not a total gluten free family!! I make these Betty Crocker Cups and freeze them. They are great for a side at meal or to just microwave and eat. Probably need two to make a meal.
