This recipe from Kim of Gluten Free Real Food is a great way to enjoy vegetables and protein together at meal time. To prepare the squash, slice in halves and add a dash of salt and pepper plus a little olive oil. The ground beef stuffing is made with mixing in olives, Italian seasoning, peppers, garlic and more! For additional flavor, you can add a little bacon grease when mixing the stuffing.
