My daughter loves Buffalo chicken dip so this would be great for her. However, the actual recipe does not mention hot sauce though the little story above it mentions it. How much do I use? And 10 oz of Monterey Jack cheese is more than 1 and 1/4 to 1 and 1/5 cups of cheese. Eight oz. of shredded cheese is a little over 2 cups.

This sounds so good! I love the twist on the traditional buffalo sauce, so this would be a fun recipe to show off at a party.
