These Gluten Toasted Ravioli are a great allergy-friendly appetizer idea! Courtesy of Heidi from Adventures of a Gluten Free Mom, the ravioli is made with flax eggs. The filling is a delicious mix of ground beef, clove, onion, parsley and pinch of salt. You can bake in the oven or simply toast, it's up to you!

Wow! I always feel so left out when I go to Italian restaurants and I can't get the toasted ravioli. This is a great recipe and I feel a lot better knowing I can make my own delicious past.

I'm very keen to try my hand at making my own gluten-free pasta. I'm looking forward to that experience. That being said, these appetizers looks really yummy. I never thought of baking pasta or frying it. I think that is a great novel idea. I want to sink my teeth in and get going on this pasta making band wagon.

I was expecting a recipe for the ravioli, not the filling with a link to another page to get the pasta dough. But, if you have never made ravioli, it tells you pretty well how to do it. Once you get the hang of it, you can experiment with other fillings.
