Buffalo Quinoa Bites are a great appetizer to make when you have company coming over for a holiday or game day. These bites have all the flavors of a hot wing, but they use quinoa and Mozzarella instead of chicken. Easy to eat, healthy, and super delicious, these gluten free appetizers will soon become one of your favorite dishes. You can make these as spicy as you want. It all depends on your preferences. Because the quinoa soaks up the sauce, you'll notice each bite has a burst of delicious flavor. Make a big batch of these bites and lay out different dips for your guests to try with them.

Notes

If you've ever wondered how to throw a gluten free party, then today's your day because we're about to tell you. There are five easy steps to throwing the best gluten free party around.

  1. Obviously, you should guarantee that all of your food is gluten free and free of cross-contamination. This includes both store-bought food and homemade dishes.

  2. Know if any of your guests have any other dietary restrictions. You want all of your guests to enjoy themselves and be able to eat delicious food.

  3. Serve drinks that are gluten free. Most drinks are naturally gluten free, but some adult beverages contain barley.

  4. Prep ingredients beforehand, especially fruits and veggies. Fruits and veggies make for a great appetizer and they're naturally gluten free!

  5. Serve these Buffalo Quinoa Bites! Your guests will fall in love with this gluten free appetizer and everyone will beg for the recipe.

You would never know that these were really good for you. I am not usually a fan of the hot sauce/butter mixture over shrimp and chicken is OK. Maybe it is the cheese in the middle. Maybe it was the flavor of the quinoa mixture. I don't know. But, it works!

I definitely want to make these for the guys while we're watching the game!

I made them for another party and two people asked for the recipe. Seriously so good!!

These were so good! I made them for a party and people raved about them. They had no idea they were made with quinoa!
