i love rhubarb cobbler. I can eat it with or without strawberries added. Make sure that the oats are certified gluten free. The actual oats make me think of a crisp instead of a cobbler, but you drop the dough on top so it is definitely a cobbler. My rhubarb is up and strawberries will be soon. I am ready.
