For a granola you can actually feel good about eating, try Maple Apple Quinoa Granola. Instead of oats, opt for quinoa and buckwheat groats for the grain-based base. Chock full of so many heart healthy ingredients, this makes for a hearty and crunchy gluten free breakfast cereal. The recipe also doubles as one of the best afternoon snacks.
